This is the one. Great fit. Love the 4 in 1 package. Great build quality. It’s really the only cage you need. Great fit. Comfortable for long term ware. Easy to mate the two halfs when you put it on. No pinching or any issues like that. One accessory item it did not come with is a cath tube. Many flat cages that have the little nub attachment do come with a tube. This one did not. I ordered one separately And the threads matched right up. So I would say most common cage accessories will work with this cage. One important detail to consider. This cage does NOT use a key. It’s a simple hex screw with a little Allen wrench. If you want an actual lock and key that you can give to a key holder than you might want to look elsewhere. But if you want a high quality cage that fits well with plenty of accessories, this is the one.

***sizing advice: i have the 50mm base ring with the 55 arriving tomorrow. my p*nis is average length but just a bit above average base thickness as i am gaining weight as i age a quick inst@gram search of my name will show you my fit level, because it MATTERS ALOT IN SIZING these devices. im not “fat” but im not lean as i was in my 20s. if you are a LEAN PERSON WITH AVERAGE SIZE the 50mm ring will suit you if. having said that, i strongly urge you to buy multiple ring sizes as i have done, just in case. they arent terrible expensive and you will only be mad when it arrives and is too tight/loose for comfort.
